How much will it cost me?    Our pricing is very simple and is based on the size of the roof and the type of roof. Simply factor the floor area of the roof and you will know the cost of painting. Prices are including paint, labour, tools and GST. 

Minimum Deposit 20% Upfront    To ensure superior quality of products and finish, we only use the best brands like Dulux, Resene and so. We don’t leave a mess for our clients to clean up, and ensure every job is thoroughly cleaned before completion. Before every project is signed off, one of our superiors will do a final walk-through with the owner of the residence or nominee, to make sure our work meets and exceeds expectations.

Types of Roofs We Paint

• Iron Roof Looking after your iron roof by applying a moss and mould treatment every two years will help keep your roof clean and free of moss, mould and lichen which cause damage to the painted surface.
• Steep Pitched Roof Traditionally steep pitched roofs were built to redirect water off the roof’s surface and they can be challenging to repair and paint due to the steep incline.
• Concrete Tile Roof Our full roofing maintenance and restoration service includes a thorough inspection of your concrete tiles to ensure there are no cracks allowing water to seep through into the roof cavity. A sealer coat and base coat are then applied followed by a hardwearing gloss colour glaze for maximum durability and weather protection.

Set Up & Colour Choice: At the start of your project, our team will show you a catalogue of different colours to help you choose your favourite colour. Then we will prepare to paint the roof.  These preparation techniques ensure a quality paint job that lasts and uses paint optimally.  We will apply two coats of the same colour in a uniform finish to ensure all areas are covered with clean edges.

We use the top quality procoat coating system designed and manufactured in New Zealand to perform in local weather conditions. Our paint system is durable, environmentally friendly and suitable for coastal areas or roofs used for the collection of drinking water. There is a full range of colours to choose from and these have been chosen for their durability and colour fastness.

Clean Up: In the last phase of the job, any leftover paint will be moved to a designated place for storage (usually the garage). We will then move all of our equipment from your premises.

Final Inspection:  Our team supervisor will complete the final inspection requesting feedback and sign off.

PLEASE NOTE: Our painters may revise the quote after an on-site inspection, if extra work is required. Providing parking for our van is the customer’s responsibility – additional costs for parking will be passed onto the customer as part of the job.
