How much will it cost me?

Our pricing is very simple and is based on the size of the house. Simply factor the floor area of the house and you will know the cost of painting. Prices are including paint, labour, tools and GST. Our interior house painting service includes interior walls, ceilings, skirtings, doors and door frames. As a general rule of thumb, we apply 2 coats of interior paint and 1 coat of undercoat / primer. The undercoat is only required if there are new walls which were never painted or if you choose a different colour to the existing colour. Price is influenced by the floor area.

Minimum Deposit 20% Upfront

To ensure superior quality of products and finish, we only use the best brands like Dulux, Resene and so. We don’t leave a mess for our clients to clean up, and ensure every job is thoroughly cleaned before completion. Before every project is signed off, one of our superiors will do a final walk-through with the owner of the residence or nominee, to make sure our work meets and exceeds expectations.

Set Up & Colour Choice: At the start of your project, our team will show you a catalogue of different colours to help you choose your favourite colour. Then we will prepare the area for interior painting includes placing items in the center of the room and covering them with clean plastic sheeting. We will use drop cloths to protect all floors.

Wall Preparation: Based on the requests and initial estimate, we will fill holes and cracks in the ceiling walls, seal the stains and scuff sand the surfaces. These preparation techniques ensure a quality interior paint job that lasts and uses paint optimally.

Painting: We will prime any new drywall after its repaired, then paint it with premium quality paints. We will apply two coats of the same colour in a uniform finish to ensure all areas are covered with clean edges.

Clean Up: In the last phase of the job, we will move your furniture and accessories back to their previous locations in the room. Floors and carpets are vacuumed or swept. Any leftover paint will be moved to a designated place for storage (usually the garage). We will then move all of our equipment from your premises.

Final Inspection:  Our team supervisor will complete the final inspection requesting feedback and sign off.

PLEASE NOTE: Our painters may revise the quote after an on-site inspection, if extra work is required. We prefer vacant space to work in. We will move light furniture, however, beds sofas and heavy furniture is the customer’s responsibility to move. Interior house painting service does not include any major repairs, painting of exteriors and cupboards and cabinets. Providing parking for our van is the customer’s responsibility – additional costs for parking will be passed onto the customer as part of the job.
